Keyless Entry - A 4-digit code will be given to you by PSVC when you have paid in full.
When you leave your vacation home it is your responsibility to:
1. Return the key to the lock box.
2. Tumble the numbers so no one can come and take the key.
If the key is missing or lost we will re-key at your expense and deduct the cost from your security deposit.

We provide Keyless Entry to all properties prior to your arrival.
Step 1: When you approach the lock box slide the combination cover down to reveal the lock. |

Step 2: Line up the 4 numbers you were given across the center line then pull down on the little black lever to the left of the numbers. This drops down the front panel to reveal the keys. |

Step 3: Inside you will find the keys to your property. When you leave, simply return the keys to the lock box in the same manner.
All codes are changed by the maid service when you leave to a new code for the next guest. This way you don't have to arrive on a certain day or time. You are on Vacation and you may arrive at leisure! |
