There are five bedrooms consisting of two king bedrooms, a bedroom with two twin beds, an office/bedroom with a futon and a casita with full bath and two full size beds. There are three and a half bathrooms, a family room, living room and a dining room. And check out the outside barbeque area! It’s the perfect entertaining home in the best location. The sparkling pool and spa has the latest state-of-the-art Saline (no chlorine) system and so no dry skin, green hair or itchy eyes! The water feels silky soft.
The sleeping set up is as follows:
9 separate real beds
The master has an amazing king pillow top. So comfortable and brand new!
Guest bedroom #1 has a king.
Guest bedroom #2 has two twins which can be made up as a king.
The Casita has two full size beds.
The office/bedroom has a futon that can sleep 2 and room for a rollaway or air mattress.
The Den has 2 full size sofa sleepers.
The Family Room has 2 queen sofa sleepers.
There are three and one-half bathrooms.
The entire home has wireless internet and High Speed DSL. There is unlimited phone calls to USA and Canada as well as the digital cable with premium channels such as HBO and Showtime. The family room has a fireplace and there is inside and outside dining. Every room has a TV and there is outside music and a fire pit. There is a pool table and game table for your entertainment, and a Nordic Trak treadmill and Weider Cross-Bow weight system in the air conditioned garage to keep you fit. The gardens are gorgeous! All of this is available for up to 10 people!
